Recurring Stash revenue
Earn 25% of eligible subscription revenue on clients you source for 24 months under the proposed founding-partner terms.
Help retailers, coffee shops, restaurants, and multi-location operators implement Stash. Earn recurring software revenue, sell the services around it, and grow with your clients.
The software referral is only one layer. The bigger opportunity is the implementation and ongoing operational work you already know how to deliver.
Earn 25% of eligible subscription revenue on clients you source for 24 months under the proposed founding-partner terms.
Charge for catalog cleanup, location setup, supplier workflows, POS mapping, counts, purchasing configuration, training, and rollout.
Build retainers around inventory health, forecasting reviews, purchasing workflows, location launches, reporting, and operational optimization.
Using Stash Pro at $99 per location per month as an illustration, a five-location client is $495 MRR. At a 25% partner share, that is $123.75 per month, or $2,970 over 24 months if the subscription remains eligible and active.
Your implementation, training, and advisory fees are separate and remain yours. Example excludes discounts, taxes, churn, custom pricing, and non-eligible revenue.
Inventory implementations touch data, process, systems, teams, suppliers, locations, and reporting. That gives experienced partners meaningful work before and after go-live.
Map the current process, identify spreadsheet and POS gaps, and design the future inventory operating model.
Standardize items, SKUs, units, suppliers, categories, locations, and the data required for a clean implementation.
Help clients connect supported systems, map locations, validate data flows, and structure rollout by store or business unit.
Design purchase-order, receiving, supplier, transfer, and replenishment processes that operators can actually follow.
Train operators and managers, document workflows, and help teams adopt a consistent process across locations.
Review stock health, forecasting, purchasing, variance, and multi-location performance on a recurring basis.
Stash should make your services easier to sell—not compete with them.
Register qualified opportunities so your sourced deal is attributed to you under the program rules.
Show Stash in a partner environment and build repeatable demos for your target industries.
Bring Stash into qualified client conversations when product expertise, technical context, or pricing support helps move the deal.
Get onboarding guidance, workflow templates, product education, and practical enablement for client delivery.
Eligible partners can be featured in Stash partner content and considered for future partner-directory and lead-routing opportunities.
Get a direct path for partner questions, implementation issues, deal support, and product feedback.
We are looking for partners who understand the operational mess behind inventory—not just software resellers.
Especially partners working with Square and businesses that need a deeper inventory layer around their POS.
Turn inventory cleanup and operating-process work into a repeatable implementation and advisory offer.
Help operators connect ingredients, counts, purchasing, suppliers, and location-level inventory workflows.
Standardize inventory processes as clients add stores, concepts, regions, or franchise locations.
Add inventory transformation to broader finance, POS, ecommerce, and operational systems projects.
Create a new revenue line when your clients need more than marketing, ecommerce, or a basic POS inventory view.
You do not need to rip out the systems clients already use. Stash can sit around their existing operational stack and give inventory its own workflow.
The launch program is designed to stay lightweight. We care more about client fit and delivery quality than forcing partners through unnecessary bureaucracy.
Tell us about your business, industries, services, and the kinds of clients you already support.
We review fit, walk through the commercial model, and agree on how we will work together.

Register opportunities, co-sell when useful, deliver your services, and earn recurring partner revenue on eligible clients.
Founding partners are proposed to earn 25% of eligible subscription revenue for 24 months on approved partner-sourced clients. Final definitions of eligible revenue, attribution, payment timing, renewals, cancellations, taxes, discounts, and good-standing requirements will be governed by the signed partner agreement.
Yes. Your implementation, onboarding, migration, training, consulting, and ongoing advisory fees are separate from Stash subscription fees. Stash does not take a percentage of those services under the proposed launch model.
The proposed founding-partner launch has no program fee and no minimum sales quota. We will still review partners for fit, client quality, and delivery capability.
Growing physical businesses with meaningful inventory operations—especially retail, coffee shops, restaurants, franchises, and multi-location operators that need stronger purchasing, forecasting, supplier, receiving, transfer, or location-level workflows.
Yes. For qualified registered opportunities, Stash can support product demonstrations, technical questions, workflow design, and commercial conversations when that helps the client make a confident decision.
Lead routing is not guaranteed. As the program grows, strong partners may be considered for matched opportunities, partner-directory visibility, co-marketing, and region- or industry-specific collaboration.
No. Square expertise is especially relevant because it is an important Stash ecosystem, but the program is designed for partners who solve broader inventory, operations, purchasing, and multi-location problems.
Bring Stash into the right client. Earn on the software. Keep the services. Grow with the account.
